Things have once again gone from bad to worse. Penelope ‘crashed’ while in the ICU, she’s been intubated and is on life support. She’ll most likely stay that way for a few days while they do more tests. I’ll post more info when I have it.

I continue to pray constantly! I know that there is a purpose under heaven for everything. It is not for me to try to understand the divine purpose for this little girl’s suffering when there is so much wrong in the world! I know it’s really hard when we just want to shake our fists and scream “WHY”!!! but please keep the faith & stay strong! Oh no! We know from experience how hard things are when you’re in the hospital fighting for the recovery of your love and a million things seem to go wrong. Penelope is so strong, just like her parents. We wish we could be there with you guys. But we’re thinking of you daily and saying our prayers.

OMG I am SO sorry to hear about Penny’s newest development. I was showing your site to my 12 year old son and he started to cry with me when we saw that she is on life support now. I can’t even imagine what you are going thru right now. Just know that I have personally sent this info to approximately 50 friends and family members so they can read about Penny and pray for her and hopefully donate funds to help you thru this horrible time in your lives. She is so precious and I know she will get thru this and will lead a long, healthy life. You will all be in my prayers tonight and every night.

you guys are in our prayers! I want you to know that she is a strong kid and will pull through. I had a premi in the NICU for 93 days, on the vent for 33 days. Not to compare, but I know a little bit of how it is. Remember God will not put you through anything you can’t handle. Again you are in our prayers and I know how hard it is, continue to stay strong for her she’s a fighter!

I have been praying fervently since seeing this update last night, and asking everyone else to do the same.
I came across these Bible verses today and hope that they provide you some comfort and guidance.

Oh no! Lord Jesus You are in control and you are most powerful and able to heal baby Penny’s sickness. Lord I ask you to work in this little girls body and heal her COMPLETELY! Lord you preformed miracles in the Bible and you are fully able to preform miracles for us today and I ask you Lord to heal her, Lord work thru her body and hold her close, give penny peace to know that you are there and even though her earthly mommy and daddy can’t hold her like they would love you YOU CAN!
